Welcome to Studio Sreni (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or entering into a project engagement with us, you (“client,” “user,” or “visitor”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before using our website or engaging our professional services.
1. Company Overview
Studio Sreni is an architecture & interior design firm based in Bengaluru, India. We specialize in environmentally conscious design, high-precision execution, and turnkey project delivery across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
2. Scope of Services
Our professional services include, but are not limited to:

• Architectural Design: Concept design, schematic drawings, construction documentation, and site supervision.

• Interior Design: Space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, lighting design, and custom detailing.

• Project Management: Coordination with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timelines, cost control, and quality adherence.

• Visualization & Presentation: 3D modeling, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.

• Consultancy: Feasibility studies, design audits, site evaluation, and renovation consultancy.

• Collaborations: Partnerships with external design studios, engineers, or specialists under written agreement.

3. Engagement and Contractual Terms

• A written proposal or agreement will outline project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and schedule.

• Any changes or additions to the scope will require a formal revision or addendum approved by both parties.

• All design work, concept development, and project documentation remain the intellectual property of Studio Sreni until all dues are cleared.

• Project timelines are indicative and may vary based on client inputs, approvals, or unforeseen site conditions.

4. Fees, Payments, and Invoicing

• All fees are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are to be made as per the milestones defined in the proposal.

• Delays in payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of drawings and deliverables.

• Late payments beyond 30 days will attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

• Any government taxes, permits, or regulatory fees are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• All designs, concepts, drawings, 3D renders, photographs, and written content produced by Studio Sreni are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any design material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Studio Sreni reserves the right to publish and showcase completed works for marketing, academic, or portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information, legal approvals, and project data in a timely manner.

• Review and approve drawings and specifications within mutually agreed timelines.

• Engage licensed contractors and consultants where required, unless managed under a turnkey agreement with Studio Sreni.

• Ensure site readiness and safety for visits, supervision, or execution teams.

7. Design Integrity and Modifications

• Clients must not alter, replicate, or modify Studio Sreni’s design documentation without prior written consent.

• Any third-party modification to design or drawings without approval voids design liability from Studio Sreni.

• In case of client-requested changes post-final approval, additional charges may apply.

8. Liability and Limitations

• Studio Sreni exercises professional skill and diligence in all its work.

• However, we are not liable for:

  • Construction defects, delays, or damages caused by contractors, vendors, or external agencies not under our control.

  • Material availability or pricing changes in the market.

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total professional fees paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Confidentiality

• All client information, designs, drawings, and project details are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent.

• Studio Sreni may share data with trusted partners or consultants solely for project execution under confidentiality agreements.

10. Communication and Documentation

• Official communication will occur via email or registered correspondence.

• Studio Sreni maintains digital records of all approvals, revisions, and deliverables for project transparency and audit trails.

11. Cancellation and Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice, subject to settlement of all dues for completed stages.

• Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

• Studio Sreni reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the agreement in case of non-payment, misuse of design, or unethical conduct.

12. Website Usage Terms

• All website content, including text, visuals, and code, is the property of Studio Sreni.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written consent.

• The website may include external links for reference; Studio Sreni is not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Updates to Terms
Studio Sreni may modify or update these Terms periodically to reflect new services, operational changes, or legal updates.
All changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website.
